Business Name: The Porch Orchard

1. Scope of Work The Porch Orchard provides custom, seasonal outdoor styling, delivery, and installation services ("Services").

2. Payment Terms100% of the total order balance is due at the time of purchase. No installation dates or inventory (e.g., live flora, pumpkins, props) will be held or reserved until full payment is received.

3. Property Access & Site Readiness The client must ensure clear, safe access to the porch or installation zone on the scheduled date. If team members cannot access the property or if extreme safety hazards exist, installation may be delayed or rescheduled subject to a re-booking fee of $100.

4. Removal & Disposal Unless explicitly purchased as part of a teardown/removal package, all installed decor (including organic items like pumpkins and straw) becomes the sole property and responsibility of the client once installed.

5. Limitation of Liability The Porch Orchard is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather (wind, hail, heavy rain), wildlife, pests, or unauthorized third-party tampering after installation is completed.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
