Terms of Service Effective Date: 09/02/26

Business Name: The Porch Orchard

1. Scope of Work The Porch Orchard provides custom, seasonal outdoor styling, delivery, and installation services ("Services").

2. Payment Terms 100% of the total order balance is due at the time of purchase. No installation dates or inventory (e.g., live flora, pumpkins, props) will be held or reserved until full payment is received.

3. Property Access & Site Readiness The client must ensure clear, safe access to the porch or installation zone on the scheduled date. If team members cannot access the property/install or if safety hazards exist, installation may be delayed or rescheduled subject to a re-booking fee. This is separate from, and does not constitute, a cancellation under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Removal & Disposal Unless explicitly purchased as part of a teardown/removal package, all installed decor (including organic items like pumpkins and straw) becomes the sole property and responsibility of the client once installed. It is recommended to be removed at the first sign of rot as they can stain concrete and other materials.

5. Limitation of Liability The Porch Orchard is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather (wind, hail, heavy rain), wildlife, pests, or unauthorized third-party tampering after installation is completed.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

7. Early Pumpkin Decay

Pumpkins, gourds, and other natural product used in our displays are living, perishable items, and their lifespan can vary based on weather, temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions outside of our control. We do not guarantee against natural decay, and we are not responsible for rot or spoilage caused by weather conditions such as excessive heat, rain, or moisture exposure.

If a pumpkin in your display shows signs of premature rot unrelated to weather, please contact us with a photo and your order details. Replacement is offered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
