1. No Returns / No Refunds on Physical Goods Due to the seasonal, custom, and often perishable nature of seasonal decor (including pumpkins, live greenery, straw, and custom floral arrangements), all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds once items have been sourced or installed.

2. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations made 14+ days prior to installation: Eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of installation: Non-refundable, as custom inventory and seasonal materials will already have been secured.

3. Weather Delays Outdoor setups depend on weather conditions. In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, severe wind), we reserve the right to reschedule your installation for the next available safe date. Weather delays do not qualify for cash refunds.

4. Damaged or Defective Items If an item arrives damaged prior to installation, we will replace or repair the item at the time of setup. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of installation completion.
