Before you book
When it arrives. Most porches are delivered within a week of ordering. We will call or text you within 24 hours to set your exact day.

Delivery fee. Added at checkout based on your ZIP code. Springboro, Franklin and Miamisburg are free. Lebanon, Monroe, Centerville and south Dayton are $25. Cincinnati, Mason, West Chester and most of Dayton are $50. Outlying areas such as Springfield, Troy, Xenia and Wilmington are $100.
Tax. Ohio sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Payment. Payment is made in full when you book. We do not take deposits.
